Ignite is based in Ottawa, Ontario and has been building websites, databases, CRMs and digital tools for Canadian non-profits since 2006.
We did not start with a generic software template and decide to sell it to associations. We spent years building websites, databases, portals, credit card payment processing, professional member directories, forms, event systems and custom workflows.

His strengths are database structure, ecommerce, association workflows and turning messy operational requirements into systems that people can actually use.
He has been working with web and database projects since the early days of the modern web, and Members Village reflects that practical experience.
Derek
Lead Platform Developer
Derek builds the functionality that keeps Members Village moving.
With more than 10 years of programming experience, his focus is creating tools that save staff time, reduce manual work and make complex workflows easier to manage.
If a process can be made cleaner, faster or more reliable, Derek is usually close to the solution.

Pawel supports the content side of the platform.
That includes helping keep data and database structured optimized, website pages, resources, articles and other digital content organized, accurate and published properly.
