For your convenience, we've prepared a collection of common questions and answers about the Member Portal included with Members Village.
For each organization in your CRM, an organization manager is identified. That manager can then add, edit and remove personal profiles from the organization enabling group membership renewals. Members Village will also ensure that group membership discounts are factored in during the member renewal process.
Of course - and that's the idea! Among other items, your members will be able to get an exact idea of where they are in terms of professional development.
Members Village was designed to be extremely flexible and give you full control over the data your association keeps. The Members Portal will provide access to change their personal information, view their financial transactions, view and update their submissions (such as a Call for Papers or certification data), get notified of membership renewals, view newest Groups functionality, view new documents, manage their Classifieds, manage their Job postings and view their personalized events schedule.
The Members Portal comes included with Members Village and is fully usable right away. There are no additional fees to activate or use the Members Portal.
Personalization or custom functionality addition would carry an investment - except in the case where we deem the request beneficial to Members Village and implement such functionality as part of the core product.
