Alberta Paramedic Association
The Alberta Paramedic Association is a professional association that brings Alberta paramedics together as a unified community, with a focus on advocacy, education, connection, and professional support. Its stated purpose is to help paramedics be “recognized, respected, and empowered” while giving members a voice on issues that affect their work environment, patient care, professional practice, health and wellness, and the future of paramedicine in Alberta.
The association also provides member resources such as education opportunities, professional liability insurance, news, scholarships and awards and research participation.
