Administrative Staff Retirees Association

The Administrative Staff Retirees Association (APAR-ASRA) is the officially recognized organization representing retired administrative staff of the University of Ottawa.

Its primary purpose is to advocate for and support the interests and well-being of its members by maintaining a constructive working relationship with the University administration and with the retired professors’ association (APRUO).

APAR-ASRA seeks equity and fair treatment for retirees, and promotes engagement through social, recreational, and cultural events to foster connections among former colleagues. Membership participation and support are fundamental to achieving its mission and ensuring that retirees’ voices are heard.
