Saskatchewan Dental Association
As of June 2025, the President of the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan (CDSS), Dr. Michael Fowler, shared that CDSS will be moving to a single regulatory mandate starting January 1, 2027.
Alongside that shift, the Saskatchewan Dental Association (SDA) is just getting started as the dedicated professional voice for dentistry in the province. Focused on advocacy, promoting the profession, and building out meaningful member services.
The goal is a clear and healthy separation: CDSS stays centered on public protection and regulation, while the SDA grows into a strong, member-driven organization that supports, represents, and champions dental professionals across Saskatchewan.
