A professional home for Saskatchewan dentists. Welcome, Saskatchewan Dental Association.
A professional association has a different job than a regulator.
It exists to stand beside the profession. To listen, advocate, create opportunities and help its members do their work well.
That is the role the new Saskatchewan Dental Association (SDA) is preparing to take on.
The association is being established to provide advocacy, professional promotion and member services for Saskatchewan dentists, creating a clearer distinction between professional representation and the regulatory responsibilities of the College of Dental Surgeons of Saskatchewan.
Its mission is straightforward: to be a trusted voice and partner for Saskatchewan dentists through professional support, advocacy and leadership. The SDA is building around four strategic pillars identified as priorities for the profession: advocacy, member support, economic health and professional development.

Building the association from the beginning
Starting something new creates an unusual opportunity.
There are fewer old processes to work around and fewer disconnected systems to untangle. Instead, the SDA can think carefully about how information should flow, how members should stay connected and where the day-to-day work of running an association can be made simpler.
Because every extra step takes a little time away from the work that matters.
Behind the scenes, the Members Village association management software will help give the SDA a connected foundation for member information, communications, professional resources and its member directory.
The goal isn’t more technology. It’s fewer places to look, fewer lists to maintain and an easier way for the association to support the people it exists to serve.
We’re pleased to welcome the Saskatchewan Dental Association to Members Village and to be part of this early chapter.
The full platform is planned to launch in Q4 2026. As the association grows into its new role, we look forward to helping create a digital home that can grow with it.
Good systems should quietly create more room for advocacy, connection and meaningful professional work.
The tools for the task.
Member Database & CRM
A new association needs a dependable foundation for understanding and supporting its membership. Members Village will give the SDA a connected place to manage member information, membership records and the workflows around them, reducing the need to maintain the same information in separate systems.
CASL-compliant Email Broadcasts
Building a new professional community means keeping people informed as that community takes shape. Integrated email broadcasts connect directly with member information, helping the SDA maintain relevant mailing lists automatically while supporting CASL-compliant communication.
Digital Manuals, Guides & Resources
As the SDA develops resources for Saskatchewan dentists, its digital library will provide a structured place to publish and update longer-form materials. Information can be organized into sections, updated in one place and made available according to the appropriate access level.
Professional Member Directory
A professional directory can help turn membership into greater visibility and connection. Integrated with member records, the directory can make it easier for people to find participating professionals while giving the SDA control over what information is displayed publicly or kept within the member community.
