Members Village Welcomes ISA Ontario to Its Association Management Platform
OTTAWA, ON — August 21, 2026 — Members Village, a Canadian provider of association management software, announced today that the Ontario Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA Ontario) has selected its platform to modernize membership operations and synchronize chapter records with ISA International.

Memberships, renewals, events, job opportunities, professional profiles and connections with ISA International all create useful data. The opportunity is to make that information easier to manage, and more useful once it has been collected.
Behind the scenes, Members Village will help bring ISA Ontario’s membership information and member-facing tools into an all-in-one association management software which features Canadian data residency out-of-the-box.
A key part of the project will be simplifying membership management, including a new tool for synchronizing relevant membership data between ISA Ontario and ISA International.
Better-connected information can help ISA Ontario see patterns across membership, events and participation, supporting more informed decisions about programs, communications and future priorities.

Unified Operations and Member Infrastructure
Under the new deployment, ISA Ontario will transition from disparate administrative systems into a centralized, Canadian-hosted member platform designed to support its more than 1,000 professional members.
The implementation centers on four core operational workflows:
- Synchronized Member Records: An integrated membership database establishing a real-time data bridge with ISA International, automating chapter renewals and credential tracking.
- Integrated Continuing Education & Events: Direct synchronization between event registrations and member profiles, streamlining professional development tracking for provincial arborists.
- Public Industry Directory: A searchable professional registry to connect arboricultural contractors and consulting arborists with Ontario property owners and municipal partners.
- Dedicated Career Centre: A self-service job board providing non-dues operational revenue while serving the province’s commercial forestry and arboriculture labor market.
